Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not allow returns on any opened or used products. If you are wanting to return products, please note that you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to let us know that you would like to start a return. We must receive the return product(s) within 7 days of you contacting us to start a return. You will be responsible for all shipping charges (ie: shipping return back to us). Once we receive the unopened and un-used item(s), we will then refund the price of the item(s) (not including original shipping) within 48 hours of receipt.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any product(s) that were custom made for you.
If you would like to exchange product(s), you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to let us know that you would like to exchange product(s). We must receive the original product(s) in unused and unopened condition and within 7 days of you contacting us to start an exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges (ie: shipping the return product back to us and shipping charges for us to mail out the exchange item(s) to you).
In the event that you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us to let us know. We will be happy to send you out the correct item(s) at no cost to you.
Every order is made to order. Please allow 2-4 days for us to hand create your order. We do not ship worldwide at this time. Once your order is ready for shipment, we will email you a tracking number. Free shipping is available for orders $75 or more.
